Ravioli Shop

A few years ago, a friend gave me a box of handmade ravioli from The Ravioli Shop. They were excellent and we always wanted to check out their shop. Well, a Groupon came up for half off their goods and we couldn't pass it up.

The shop is cute. One wall is lined with refrigerator cases full of so many different flavors. They also had breads and speciality Italian products.

We got a box of sausage and a box of artichoke raviolis that had lots of cheesy flavor. There is something really satisfying about the texture of fresh pasta. We were told when we checked out to either use them soon or freeze right in the box they came in.

That night we made both because we couldn't wait to try them. I added sauteed peppers and onions and sauced them with their homemade vodka sauce.

Delicious! Wish there was a shop near us in Brockport!
